It seems that social media provides a window though which we present ourselves and view others. More than that, what we select to project about ourselves via status updates effectively provides us with a virtual mirror reflection that we can tweak and preen until we like what we are looking at. Increasingly it seems, we can’t even walk past such a mirror! It’s addictive! If you have an iPhone or similar, you will know just how difficult it is not to take a peek not just at what everyone else is up to, but how you are looking today. Doing something cool this weekend?
