eGaming has changed dramatically over the past few years, and our eGaming division was set up due to popular demand to help manage this growth. Today our eGaming division is a specialist provider of professionals to the online gaming industry and we work with some of the industry’s biggest names, recruiting at all levels.

We’ve placed many of the industry’s key decision makers, so we know who you need to know. And because of these close, long-term relationships, we can match clients to candidates who match their company cultures and personalities – which is great for everybody. In an industry with high levels of staff turnover, almost 100% of our candidates are still with the company we placed them with 2 years on.
We were dealing with an individual who had been working with us as a client for some time. His circumstances changed, and he approached us to find him a new role. Together we drew up a list of companies he’d be interested in joining, and got to it. Pretty soon, we’d arranged interviews with most of them. He then selected the company which best suited his aspirations for the future.

We know that time is precious for our clients, so we help save them some. We deal with a wide variety of companies, from the most exciting start ups through to the industry’s best known operators. Our sourcing methods are different to most agencies. 90% of our placements come from approaching candidates directly through specific networking activity or recommendations. And even then we’re very particular about which candidates we put forward. Our aim is to send you a maximum of 3 CVs.
