Lead Programmer

Role Overview:

Lead a team of 10+ programmers to ensure top-quality work on their live, multiplatform game. Collaborate closely with various disciplines to bring the game vision to life. Identify and resolve technical risks while maintaining project schedules.

Requirements:

• Expert in C# with strong Unity skills
• Strong background in game development experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Shipped at least 1 multiplatform title
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• Console development experience.
• Experience in maintaining live games.
