Are you a talented Android Developer? Do you want to work closely with some of the biggest sports and entertainment brands on the market?

We're recruiting for a London based Sports and Entertainment company who specialize in driving and encouraging fan and spectator interaction via their mobile apps. They pride themselves on being innovative and pragmatic, they are constantly thinking of ways to drive interaction, and bring these innovations to some of the biggest shows and sporting events of current times. They are now opening a Studio in the North-West, Liverpool, specifically.

They're looking for an Android Developer based in the North West to initially work remotely, and then in early 2018 begin growing a development team in Liverpool. They need someone who can work unsupervised and be self motivated. The studio management value honesty, hard work and humility. You'd be given crucial work to complete on their existing platforms and mobile apps, and then eventually go on to work on new, specific and bespoke applications for new clients. They apps are very game like, and some contain small mini-games.

This role would suit someone who has a good amount of experience and is confident in their own ability, but someone who wants to still evolve and innovate. Someone who can suggest workarounds, new methods and who loves to problem solve. With lots of work being in the Television and Live Sports arena, a lot of it is time critical - so someone used to working to immovable deadlines would be great.

To be considered for this role, we'd love to see:

Recent and relevant Androiddevelopment experience
Excellent, in depth, knowledge of JAVA
Experience of integration with social networks
Currently located in or near the North West
Ability to work full time from a location in Liverpool in early 2018

The studio are absolutely market leaders in their niche market, they have an enthusiastic and happy team. This is a great opportunity to be one of the first 'on the ground' of their new studio in Liverpool. As the studio grows, so will your responsibilities and profile within the business.
