This studio and product is an immersive second world of chat groups, games and competition bringing together a network of mobile communities, connecting millions of people around the world. The app they have developed has over 6 million registered user accounts across more than 350,000 user created social groups. 

The unique model of anonymous based chat groups, a user experience supported by puzzles, games and utility bots, and a monetisation model driven by in-app progression and level status represents a particularly strong proposition primarily in the Middle Eastern market where they enjoy a significant market share. Founded in Newcastle in 2006 the company has further offices across the UK in London and Ipswich and a MENA territory office based in Amman, Jordan.  


Work directly with the senior DD to help establish best practice process, reporting and documentation to produce timely delivery of the product roadmap 
Lead the operational planning and execution of the client development team , working with the team to ensure project planning goals are structured and progress is reported internally, escalating issues as required
Manage the development process from concept through prototyping, development & release to live operation, managing team members assignments to maximise efficiency and motivation in order to meet targets
Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from key stakeholders 
Support the DD & key stakeholders to ensure design, quality & timing goals are effectively communicated within the entire development team
Maintain high working efficiency within teams by addressing all blocking issues in a timely manner, escalating issues as required
Work with client leads to ensure the team has the correct resources and equipment to meet expected deliverables and deadlines
Co-ordinate 3rd party service providers to ensure timely deliveries against internal requirements & pipelines (art, music, audio, user testing, narrative etc)
Work closely with the User Group through the product life cycle to ensure that all user requirements are prioritised, planned and delivered
Responsible for tracking commercial goals across the project lifecycle, demonstrating awareness of the business priorities through clear reporting
Ensure that required project documentation is complete and archived


Proven agile software methodology experience
An effective team leader who has managed the development process within a mobile client group
Experience of creating strong, proven plans from the ground up, whilst continually identifying improvements to enhance and develop existing processes
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics: technical, business and creative
Self-starter with superior time management, project management and organizational skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to motivate a team, provide clear direction, and give insight on industry trends
Team building and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating to maximize team performance
Multiple platform experience 


Data analysis skills
Experience with software development environments, planning tools and various production methodologies
Outsourcing & contract ‘insourcing’ management experience
Experience working with licensed IPs
