Amiqus have closely partnered with an exciting AAA games development studio based near Guildford that are looking to hire a talented Associate Art Director to join a brand new project.

The studio are best known for their efforts in Virtual Reality for Console and PC and a great pedigree of talent from well-known AAA development studios here in UK.

As the Associate Art Director you’ll take ownership of the vision and execution of a new, world-leading IP. Can you demonstrate ability to weave various disciplines and create awe-inspiring content, gameplay and visuals?

Working closely with the Studio Art Director, and seasoned developers across Art, Design, Code and more you can expect to deliver a high quality VR title, underpinned by significant names in the industry.

Key Skills;

Galvanize the art team towards execution of a cohesive vision
• Review the overall progress of every project assigned to you;
• Have full vision of all art reviews including internal and outsourcing;
• Inspire and mentor key members of the Art team to help develop a stronger, more experienced development unit.

Who are you?

• A highly experienced artistic individual that can rise to the artistic and creative challenges that come with AAA Game Development;
• Self-Driven, self-assessing and autonomous, with proven ability to communicate concepts to a larger Art and Game Development team;
• Lead the vision and execution of Art - creating cohesive and believable worlds that lends itself to various art styles, narratives, and themes.
