We are proud to be working with a highly successful games publisher who publish games across various platforms, including handheld, consoles and PC.

They currently have an incredible opportunity for a talented Associate Producer (Publishing) to help support a wide variety of production. The studio has an innate passion for working with talented games development studios and ensuring that popular IP’s reach far and wide. You will be joining a highly talented team who want you to inject your passion for the games industry, creativity and diligence into this role.

As their Associate Producer (Publishing) you will work directly with the Head of Production and Operations ensuring projects are kept on schedule and maintain transparent communication between stakeholders and third parties. This is a challenging and exciting role to really sink your teeth into and an exciting time to join this ambitious studio!

The role would see you get involved in all aspects of Production, including things like:

  • Ensuring projects are kept on schedule and communication between internal and external stakeholders, development and production teams
  • Organise translation and QA with the production team and localisation partners
  • Supporting the production of the physical product, including managing the creation of packaging artwork and submissions to first party
  • Managing age rating, first party platform submission processes and beyond with store submissions, patches and live ops
  • Creating product and marketing creatives for use in metadata store listings
  • Create reports, test and evaluate prospective titles

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2+ years’ experience within an associate producer role or relevant area (publishing, external relations, etc.)
  • Be a collaborative and confident communicator
  • Come from a video games production background in QA and localisation or management

    Be fluent in Japanese. This is essential to communicating with stakeholders and clients.

  • Have a proactive and meticulous approach to work
  • Live and breathe games!
  • You should have proven experience with tools and platforms such as NDP, Content Pipeline, Devnet, Partner Center
  • Bonus points if you have experience in graphic design or video editing and bug reporting software such as JIRA and Redmine


This role is currently remote but would look to move in house to their studio in Farringdon in 2021. The studio itself is friendly, open minded and prides themselves on an inclusive environment.
