Are you a Lead or Principle Engineer? Are you looking to take a step towards a Technical Director role? Have you been working in games development using C++?

We're working with a well known and established independent console game developer to help them bring on an Associate Technical Director. This role is a perfect bridge role between lead or principle positions and a TD role. Its a superb chance to work alongside a project technical director, learning from him - with a view to eventually move into that role. The current Technical Director is on a path to perform a bigger, studio wide role. This role will see you working on two well known and established racing games across multiple PC and Console platforms.

The right person would:

- Have a long history of game development, working on several shipped console titles using C++

- Demonstrable leadership experience, whether as a Lead or having covered for a TD in the past due to absence or something

- Be driven and career minded

- Have excellent communication skills

This role sits within a successful team in a long established and respected studio which offers genuine career progression, salary and benefits. It is a genuine career step
