We are currently looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to join the Marketing team at one of the world’s leading developers/publishers for VR games.

The team is growing, and they need an experienced, confident Brand Manager to lead their world-class marketing campaigns! Initially you will be looking after an existing, Award-winning title before progressing onto unannounced titles they have in the pipeline.

The role:

You will be working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns for their VR games and develop the brand marketing strategy and plans.

You will:

  • Manage asset creation with all relevant departments (freelancers, agencies, development) whilst ensuring alignment and approval from relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the wider publishing team to ensure a holistic approach across the whole marketing campaign. Ensuring the campaign is effective and fully supported across all areas of the marketing mix.
  • Work closely with the development team on build and asset requests, messaging etc.
  • You will feedback and analyse campaign data to help shape the future of the game
  • Manage paid media, working with agencies as required.
  • Support the Senior Marketing & Comms Managers on recruitment and corporate marketing activities as required.

About You:

  • Considerable experience within a global brand marketing role at a video game developer or publisher.
  • Evidence of applied and theoretical understanding of brand and marketing management.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute challenging projects on time and to budget.
  • Experience developing creative briefs, managing the asset creation process and feeding back on/critiquing assets from a brand perspective.
  • Proven written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds, seniorities and viewpoints, including with game developers.
  • Inquisitive and analytical, willing to utilise findings to shape and iterate on plans and challenge own thinking.
  • Commercial awareness, knowledge and passion for video games and the video game industry.
