Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer? Superb track record in automation? Passionate about music and VR?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a music focused VR start-up, who are pushing the boundaries of VR. They are looking for seasoned, passionate engineers to join their team and drive innovative VR/MR software solutions for their VR music products.
Your responsibilities will include owning and maintaining a build server, to increase the studios test coverage in a way which doesn’t burden the dev team. The build machine (Possibly Jenkins running on an AWS instance) can inform them when platforms or features on specific platforms are broken, generate packages for testing / demos or even generate packages for A/B testing with real customers who opt-in for experimental builds. You can also be responsible to automate manual steps in post-production as it interfaces with our encoder & cms processes.
To be considered we would like to see;
- Professional development experience in C#, C/C++, or similar language
- Experience working with teams developing user-facing features and products
- Strong problem solving and algorithm development skills
- Motivated and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity of incubation and project inception work
It would be a huge bonus if you have any of the following skills;
- Demonstrated experience with modern game engines such as Unity (preferred), and game audio engines (WWise, FMOD).
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
- Professional game development experience
- Broad or deep technology domain experience; areas such as computer vision, rendering, console development, mobile development, cross-platform, machine learning, networking, etc.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with a studio who are working on incredible products. If you are interested then please email your CV to stig.strand@amiqus.com
