Job Description

You are an avid video game player and want to use your knowledge from the industry to support the definition of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment’s mid-term vision? Your impartiality, ability to step back and love for data will have an impact on our strategy. Sounds exciting? Then let’s chat together! 

Within the Business Intelligence department of the EMEA Headquarters and reporting to its Manager, you are the person in charge of the new products analysis and business forecasts. As a key entry point in the publishing decision process, you will collaborate closely with the Game Evaluation, Production and Marketing services in order to provide forecasts and thorough product analyses to support the company’s publishing strategy.

Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:

Design unit sales forecasting and potential analysis on the following segments/areas: 
o Console, PC and mobile games
o Premium, games-as-a-service and Free-to-Play business models
o Physical, digitals sales and DLC / microtransactions contents

Handle qualitative market and product research on your own on the following topics: 
o Products life cycle
o New technologies and business models
o Pricing and release date recommendations

Keep on optimizing your methodologies to analyze, understand and extrapolate data 

Candidate Profile

Educational background and level of experience
3+ years of experience in Product analysis / Forecasts, ideally in the video games industry working within a production, marketing or finance team

Skills and knowledge
Excel and macros proficiency mandatory
Deep knowledge of the international video games industry and its trends
Written and oral English fluency needed to work in an international context
