We're working with the CEO of a successful, small but growing, mobile games studio to identify and attract top operational talent. In this role, you will work with the CEO to form a team, you would be inward facing - managing all of the department leads being responsible for the delivery and quality of the projects. You'll collaborate in the development and be sole point of responsibility for the implementation of strategic business plans and procedures. As COO you will lead, manage and mentor the Heads of all company departments and ultimately run day-to-day operations of the entire business with the goal of developing one of the best game studios in the world. This is a really important role for the studio, they're at a crucial point in their development and need someone with the experience of scaling a games business, and the gravitas to be able to drive change and betterment within the studio.

This is a unique role and not one which regularly comes up on the market. The role is based in Berlin, and the studio will accommodate relocation from anywhere. They want the best person for this role, so are offering a healthy €130,000 salary plus superb stock allocation, which should serve to motivate you in the long term.
