This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK’s largest and most respected AAA Games Developers. This is a company with a real track record in the industry who have consistently been at the forefront of new technology and ideas. They are now seeking to grow there already formidable team and are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can join them in the UK, to work on their hugely successful projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Execute digital campaigns across paid media channels (advertising, paid social, paid search) in collaboration with internal teams
  • Manage and develop agency relationships to ensure campaigns are launched on time and on budget
  • Align paid digital strategy to support product GTM
  • Lead and develop PPC accounts and activity, including expanding and improving existing activity and developing new areas such as mobile, Gmail sponsored adverts and YouTube
  • Review & improve customer conversion journeys & engagement across the digital landscape to a pre-defined CPA, CPV or CPM reporting framework
  • Develop and manage the affiliate marketing programme and explore partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Web team on web page development and optimisations to drive website sales and optimise user experience, both via industry best practice and effective SEO
  • Own reporting & target optimisation across all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly overview reports
  • Identify trends and insights, and effectively optimize digital media spend and performance
  • Effectively lead and develop a growing digital marketing team (currently 1 direct report)

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role within the entertainment industry is essential e.g. video games, film or music
  • Knowledge/experience of the video games market would be highly desirable
  • Experience of Programmatic media buying and optimisation (Adobe/Doubleclick etc.)
  • Working knowledge and practical implementation of digital attribution modelling
  • Strong experience in using analytic tools and lead conversion solutions to track and evaluate performance of individual initiatives and overall success of a digital marketing strategy
  • Working knowledge of an industry standard CMS system would be valuable.
