Do you have a proven background in B2B sales environment? Do you want to work in a billion pound industry at the cutting edge of technology? Are you able to communicate and influence current accounts as well as new business contacts?
We're working with an exciting technology start up that specializes in Digital Supply Chain solutions for the video games industry, they are a growing company with excellent investment and long term growth plans. The company is in a stage of huge growth, and a key to this growth is the Sales Manager position. You can expect to be working side by side with their charismatic and inspirational CCO, she has an amazing track record in securing commercial opportunities so the chance to learn from her is valuable in itself.
You will be managing a mix of established client accounts, as well as following up leads and generating interest within the games industry - mainly publishers and self publishing developers - in this companies innovative offerings.
To be considered for the role we'd like to see:
- A proven sales background. You must have won business, influenced decision makers and impacted the bottom line.
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Positivity, enthusiasm and tenacity are a must for this role
- Presentable for face to face meetings and attendance at Games industry events
- An unquestionable passion for video games and all things tech
- Able to relocate to, or be located in Leamington Spa
This role is unique, you will be going into an important role at the beginning of growing business which is already showing serious signs of success. I would consider this a career defining role.
They are offering a base salary of up to £40,000 with bonus and other benefits including hours to be negotiated.
