Executive Producer –Games Developer

 

An exciting opportunity to work with one of Europe’s top MMORPG development studios. This is a growing team with a real family feel who are now looking to further expand their skills in regards to Production. It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join and lead multiple teams across PC / Console / Mobile projects.

 

As the Exec Producer, you will be on the forefront of the studios development teams, specifically with our core products, MMORPGs. You are a strong leader, a persuasive visionary and can communicate this vision clearly and strongly - without being asked. Your role is to enable all our great people to do their jobs through empowerment. Are you someone who has successfully implemented agile teams in order to deliver at an efficient pace while giving the team autonomy to innovate? Keep reading, then.

 

You are the glue that keep our projects-and people- together during pre-production and production of this awesome next MMORPG. You have experience leading teams and advancing projects from conception all the way through to completion. You are hands-on and dedicated, able to move projects forward and deliver results. You are able to quickly and effectively make decisions, often of tough and imperative matters. You possess a very keen sense of detail and possess top-notch project leadership skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to facilitate and communicate in a social environment
  • Firm understanding of all aspects of game development
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, ever-changing environment while being able to deliver experiences our players will love at a sustainable pace
  • Ability to work closely with a team throughout all phases of product development
  • Experience with leading a team with maturity and leadership
  • Keen desire to apply Agile principles to development and to identify the most suitable ways of working for each situation
  • Knowledge of JIRA and/or similar development tools
  • Passion for continuous improvement, learning and sharing with your team and organization as a whole
