A Stockholm based AAA Games studio are currently looking to expand their development team, building on the recent success of their Console titles.
The studio are looking for an Executive Producer to collaborate with C-Level Managers and deliver a new a range of AAA console titles.
As the Executive Producer your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Studio Head to define the vision of each title you work on. You will manage and mentor a multi-disciplined development team, as well as Producers from other teams. You will also liaise with publishers and completely own the IP from concept to completion.
Part of your role will be to review the overall progress of every project assigned to you, you will have full vision of all milestones and will make sure these are agreed and delivered. You will assist in managing the project budget alongside key figures in the business, getting involved with new game pitches and spot hurdles which might hinder project progress.
The ideal candidate will be able to wear multiple hats and will be working on games which have topped the charts worldwide and for a studio who have a great track record of delivering games, which have accumulated millions of units sold.

Requirements
- Experience as a Senior or Executive Producer
- Managed large teams on a AAA Console/PC Project
- Experience of liaising with external publishing partners
- Good leadership skills
