Executive Producer Opportunity exclusive role to Amiqus 

Location: SE, UK

Position: Permanent

High profile AAA console developer  are looking for an Executive Producer to oversee production across one or more titles and develop new business opportunities.

Experience:

• Significant game or related software development experience, in a production, brand management or business development role at a high level of responsibility.

• Detailed understanding of what is required to successfully deliver AAA games

• Excellent knowledge of the games industry and how to cultivate successful partnerships with publishers Key skills and Responsibilities: The main and routine tasks of this position are:

• Business Development , Identifying and developing new business opportunities , Presenting opportunities to the board of directors , Directing the production of compelling pitches and demos , Presenting pitches to potential clients , Managing client relationships , Commercial deal negotiation

• Planning and Budgeting o Producing project plans that meet the agreed budget and timescale o Working closely with other Executive Producers and Managing Director to create a viable business plan for the studio , Communicating the project plans clearly with the Game Director and Senior Producer on the projects to allow them to produce detailed plans for production , Reviewing and adapting the plan as required o Regularly communicating accurate progress, challenges and solutions to the project stakeholders

• Leadership and Direction o Working closely with the senior team on each project to define the key pillars of the game , Reviewing and, when necessary, challenging production decisions with the senior team , Reviewing software regularly to ensure it meets the quality required and the needs of the business and client o Communicating with the team to define and reinforce the quality and delivery expectations  

The candidate should have:
