Ideal FPS Game Designer will have;

• Worked in a team to concept ideas for game mechanics, modes and gameplay features;
• Actively collaborate with Art, Animation, Audio to ensure the intended player experiences are delivered at the highest level;
• Refine implementation and ensure mechanics are clearly communicated to players;
• Experience balancing game mechanics and modes to make it appealing and attractive to players of all skill-levels.
