They have so far released two titles, which have been progressively better and more successful. They have a small team in the heart of Berlin in a modern and well equipped studio.

They are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Full Stack Game Developer, who wishes to own entire features and looks to contribute high quality software on a regular basis. In a small and close-knit team many hats need to be worn and, as such, the ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with that. You need to be a swiss army knife in terms of versatility.

Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Be part of the development process and be able to contribute improvements and suggestions about the process and thus drive the quality for the code of the product throughout the entire production cycle.
  • Work on features of the game and successfully deliver code at high quality and within time.
  • Mentor other developers in the team and help maintain code quality and quality of the product and processes.
  • Take ownership of entire features or components of the game.
  • Deliver large and complex feature in time and at very high quality.
  • Partner with art team / producers to ensure schedules and plans meet business and project needs.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Recent experience working in the games industry, especially with Unity3D.
  • Experience with the entire game production pipeline and working on a live game.
  • Advanced knowledge of game development in Unity3D (ex. Asset Bundles, Integrating or writing Plugins, Shaders).
  • Good Knowledge of server side development for games and ability to work with AWS/Azure and/or other BaaS providers.
  • Good Knowledge of build / version control, pipeline management and Continuous Integration best practices.
  • Genuine passion for games, and the overall creative process behind them.

This is a fantastic role, in one of the biggest hubs for game development right now. The studio offer genuine progression, and the opportunity to work on different areas of the game, in both the front and back end of the architecture. You'd be going into a friendly, collaborative and modern work place.
