You’ll have full responsibility for the evolution and development of the game’s core character – defining movement and “feel” to animators and ensuring players find the core character a dream to play. A highly visible role within the organisation, you’ll collaborate with lead creative directors, narrative design and artists to shape the look and feel of the character, plus the skill set, power ups and core mechanics of character gameplay!

Ideal Game Designer’s will have;

• Experience in the 3c’s – Character, Control, Camera
• Unreal Engine, Unity, CryEngine exposure or similar;
• Assumed a similar role in character design and development preferably within AAA; and
• Passion for working on character action.
