Do you want to work on brand new IP in early stages of development? Want to work with a small, but collaborative and successful team? Can you design and bring to life truly fun games?
We're working with one of the UK's most successful mobile game developers, they are privately owned and have enjoyed huge success with their first game which is still going from strength to strength. They have recently green-lit a new project which enjoys elements of RPG and base building games, all wrapped up in stunning visuals. The game is still in early stages of development and is ambitious, as a result they're looking for a Game Designer to join their team.
You'll be working with team of around 15 on this title, designing all aspects of the games. They do have a designer with quite a technical (combat/balancing) focus, so someone who can really bring a 'fun' factor to this role will be successful.
To be considered we'd love to see:
- That you've shipped at least 2-3 titles, ideally on mobile.
- You've taken a big part on creating seriously fun elements of games
- Innovative and creative ideas are like second nature to you
- An upbeat, collaborative and honest approach to work
- You live, or can relocate to London
- Strong passion for games
This studio offers a flexible workplace which prides itself on no crunch, you'll be able to work on a game at its early stages in a studio which is growing and developing all the time. They also offer generous holiday allowance, pension and flexible working hours. The studio itself is based in the centre of London and is recently refurbished and modern.
