  • Salary/rate: £30,000 - £65,000
  • Date posted: 05/09/18

Do you want to work in a small, agile and growing studio - but one which has the stability and funding of one of the worlds biggest media companies? Do you want to work on world famous IP?

We're working with an emerging studio who are looking to grow thanks to the success of one of their most recent titles; they make great mobile games based on hugely popular television IP aimed at young adults and more mature audiences. They are a small, collaborative and hard working bunch of talented coders, designers and artists. They are expanding and need your expertise. You'd be working in a small team of 13, and focusing on developing server side game logic in Node.js - there is of course so much more to the role, but this lies at it's heart.

To be considered for this role, we'd love to see:

  • You've worked on games recently, in a server development role
  • You're familiar and confident with Node.js and ideally the Unity engine and C#
  • Strong interest in video games, of all sorts
  • Ability to work on multiple areas of code if required
  • Good sense of collaboration and team work
  • Confident communicator who enjoys problem solving

The studio are based on Old St, Shoreditch, so you'll enjoy a vibrant central London location. The studio is part of a much bigger media company, so you will enjoy fantastic salary and benefits package which include a very generous bonus scheme, double matched pension scheme, health and dental insurance, fitness allowance and various other perks.

This is a unique opportunity, and once which will be career defining. Click 'apply', or for more information please contact Alan Dixon on 01925 839737 or alan.dixon@amiqus.com
