This role is ideal for a Gameplay Programmer who has good AAA experience, but yearns for something more creative, agile and free. You may even be thinking about going Indie, or you may already have done. This studio offers you the high calibre quality and stability of an established and respected AAA studio, whilst also providing an environment which is flexible around families, anti-crunch, flat hierarchy and - due to the nature of their game - offers you an opportunity to work on multiple areas of the game in a really unique and creative way.
They develop all their own tools and engine at this studio, so you just need good C++ skills to work here. This studio believes that everyone is a game designer, regardless of 'discipline' or time with the company, so its a brilliant place to work if you are bursting with ideas and designs which are typically not your remit.
To be considered, we'd like to see:
- Strong C++ Development skills
- Natural problem solver
- Passionate gamer
- Confident communicator
- Open minded
