You will work with the brightest minds in the sector, creating the most memorable VR games and experiences on the market.

The development team want a passionate Gameplay Programmer with proven experience, and in return provide a platform to achieve great things through character animation and locomotion in VR. Following recent investment and continued commercial success - you will play an integral part in a friendly and talented team, working on high-end (Vive, Oculus) and mobile (Gear VR, Daydream) VR projects!

The successful candidate has demonstrable experience in developing quality gameplay experiences and will take responsibility for implementing gameplay features through exploring ideas and collaborations with designers. You will have an ability to inject life into game characters via animation, movement and input, events and audio timing. An opportunity to provide strong gameplay criticism and feedback coupled with your knowledge of coding techniques will allow you autonomy to implement game features with little supervision.  Understanding of a variety of mechanics and devices will complement your awareness of different game genres and user experience to deliver even more cutting edge products in VR.

Ideal applications will have exposure to the below skills;

• Simple physics and collisions system as well as camera control and cut scene integration.
• Experienced sharing knowledge, training others and collaborating successfully in a team
• Strong Unity 5 and Unity3D skills, going beyond spec and working cross departmentally with Design and Art to implement features such as locomotion, interaction and combat as well as helping create believable characters with consistent style and dynamics.
• Knowledge of gameplay technologies such as Navigation, Animation, AI, Physics, UI, scripting layers.
• Strong knowledge of C#
• Enthusiasm for VR
