Do you have unquestionable marketing and brand management skills? Do you want to manage some of the biggest and most successful brands currently in video games?

We're partnered with one of Video Games' biggest and best known publishers. They have recently announced several new publishing deals with several of the industry's most exciting and innovative development studios; its on these new games you could be working. 

This role will see you take full responsibility for the Brand's 'business unity' and ultimate success, you will have full oversight over the brand P&L, long term business objectives and brand strategy. You will work closely with the development studio, as well as the other internal functions in this publisher across the globe including PR teams, finance, local territory marketing and creative services team. 

The brand can be either a wholly owned or Jointly owned IP, mostly with 3rd party developers. It can be either a disc based or digital product. Either way, familiarity with both mediums is required. You can be responsible for up to 2-3 brands at any one point. 

To be considered for the role, we'd love to see:

  • Recent and relevant Marketing experience within the video games industry. Although this may have seen you as a 'Marketing Manager', as long as you've managed individual brands then this is still really interesting to us
  • Genuine and in depth understanding of all marketing and PR methods across multiple channels from print to 'influencer' based
  • You will have ideally worked on at least 1 or 2 universally acknowledged AAA titles
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicator and friendly disposition
  • Great knowledge of the full development lifecyle
  • Proven experience with Digital and Physical titles

This role is based in Milton Keynes, and is there permanently. Some travel to the US and 3rd party developers will be required, but fully funded. The studio offers market leading salaries as well as generous benefits packages including:
