We're partnered with a well renowned and respected games developer based in London who are looking to attract top Production talent to the studio. They are respected and known for their off-beat and 'left-field' games which ooze creativity and original thought. 

The studio now needs a good production framework and associated processes to ensure the creativity is channeled properly, to make sure that none of the development team's efforts are wasted. They are looking for someone who is able to manage other producers, ensure that the right people are working on the right things at the right time. You'll be looking at long term, studio wide, scheduling plans to make sure the multiple projects get the resources when they most need it. Likewise, you'll be agile and pragmatic enough to move things around when needed. This role will report into the Founders and Studio Head. 

To be considered for the role, we'd love to see:

  • Long term production background in video game development
  • You've managed teams of producers working across multiple projects
  • In-depth knowledge of in-house video game development
  • Collaborative communication style
  • An open minded and inclusive mind-set
  • Passion for video games

The role is based in London and commands a salary between £70,000 - £90,000 dependent on your experience.
