JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Direct a team of Producers and distributed Studio Leads to create and maintain an effective production planning and tracking system to suit any particular project
Bring fresh ideas, innovation and a professional work ethic to their ambitious plans 
Manage project P&Ls, adhering to budget and maintaining expected quality standards
Develop detailed plans outlining overall games portfolio and esports strategy
Oversee milestone deliverables and ensure teams deliver the necessary results
Ensure effective communication within and across teams is at the heart of our culture 
Provide regular production status reports to executive team
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, project prioritization, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and drive initial partner deployments
Plan for and maximize development efficiencies across all game teams
Provide the judicial balance between the natural competing demands of the creative, production, and development teams, delivering the optimal balance between time, quality and cost
Demonstrate experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
Primary liaison with all external game partners and vendors
Act as lead interface for Motorsport Games’ clients in the execution of contracts and legal partnerships
Seek out and identify any and all opportunities to grow the Motorsport Games business

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficient with MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Perforce, and Visio.
Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills. 
Excellent knowledge of the game production life cycle, tools, processes and execution planning.  
Bachelor’s degree in any number of related fields including Computer Science, Game Production/Development, Business, etc.
