Not that Recruitment isn’t great already but a combination of company resources and buy-in, means there’s an honest opportunity to pivot best practices, set recruitment standard and develop strategy and roadmap for growth - supported by the whole organisation, one that creates great mobile games, played by billions of happy gamers!

This is where you come in - the video games industry is unique so if you have experience in it, you'll know first hand the excitement and day to day variability a role in games can offer! Key hires will take place across the EMEA Region and you'll reap the rewards of ushering in the expansion of their multi-location company as it looks to tap into potential across the Europe, Middle East and Asian Regions.

Key Requirements;

  • At least 5 years experience Recruitment experience;
  • Collaborative, strong clear communicator;
  • Consult and support the Executive team / Studio and Senior management with succession planning and forecasting of staff requirements across Dublin, and EMEA;
  • Responsibility for the continuous development and evaluation of recruitment processes to ensure best practices and a timely, efficient service, fit for purpose with a positive candidate and hiring manager experience;
  • Advising on international hires requiring relocation and liaising with immigration solicitors on complex visa and immigration matters; and
  • Previous video games experience ideal, not essential!
