They're working on some amazingly impressive games, which are currently unannounced, and still growing the team. They have never had a dedicated HR Manager, they are opening this role to find someone who can implement a best practice HR Function. The management are open to all current HR functionality to be changed from the ground up. They also want someone to focus on team well-being, learning and development and preserving their culture they've worked hard to create. Someone who is well versed and up to date on best practice, but also enjoys working on soft skill side of HR would be ideal.
