Amiqus are on the lookout for a Junior Environment Artist that is passionate about creating ambitious games with a small, close-knit team based in Berlin.

Our client is in the early stages of defining and building their new game for PC and major consoles. You’ll be joining a highly talented, diverse team of developers right at the start of their new project. Their offices are located in the heart of Berlin with the iconic TV Tower in sight.

As a part of the art department, you’ll be expected to work closely with other artists & level designers to create assets and environments that create an amazing player experience.
This exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, creative and friendly team is ideal for an environment artist that wants to really leave their mark on the final game.

To be considered, we would like to see:

  • Experience with developing in 3D game engines like
  • Very good skills in Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush and Substance Painter
  • Ability to work on tasks autonomously and to deliver results in time
  • An ability to understand how environment art affects gameplay

  • Knowledge of Houdini, Substance Designer is a huge plus
