Are you a skilled Key-Frame Animator? Have you used Unreal Engine, Unity and Maya? Can you lead a team of up to 3 animators?

We're recruiting for one of the country's leading VR Studios, we're helping them identify and attract some of the best Animation talent in Games. At first you would be the only Animator on-site, you would be working closely with the Art Director and other game leads. You would be responsible for recruiting a small team of animators. 

The studio is working on a number of announced and unannounced titles, they are self publishing them and they are all VR across mobile and desktop devices. There is huge scope in this role for you to implement your own processes and techniques, you'd also have the chance to influence tool and kit choice. The games these guys are making are varied in a lot of ways, but are all AAA in scope, ambition and polish. 

To be considered for this role, we need to see:

  • A recent, varied and polished showreel, displaying your best work
  • Strong video games background
  • Frequent and recent use of Maya, Unreal Engine 4 and Unity
  • A passion for animation in all it's forms
  • Great communication skills

This is an urgent role, the studio are looking to bring someone in as soon as possible. The role is based on site in a modern and friendly studio in Farnborough. The studio offers competitive salary and benefits.
