A South East based AAA Games Studio are looking for an experienced Lead Artist to work on a new AAA title currently in development.

The Studio have a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality games. 

Your first mission while working at the studio, will be to model and texture a range of assets that the player will interact with for a new AAA title. This role can offer this Artist a chance to own quite a large area of the project and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, where they can get involved in concept phases and really make a difference on the final output. 

Your main responsibility will be to oversee the full development of the studio’s art portfolio for the project, while managing and mentoring a small team of environment/asset artists. You will take part in art reviews and work on getting the best out of your team who will tune into your creative vision. 
The studio are looking for an all-round artist who has a good mixture of different pieces, such as environments and asset work. If you have this and also extra pieces such as characters and UI this would be a huge bonus to your application.  


  • At least 3 years’ experience in the games industry 
  • At least 1 year in a Senior or Lead Art role 
  • Completed at least one Console/PC title 
  • Experience with either Maya or 3DS Max and Photoshop
  • A good all round portfolio showing off photorealistic assets and environments
