Lead Audio Designer

Amiqus have partnered with a AAA console studio based in Yorkshire, who are currently looking to expand their Audio team and require a Lead Audio Designer to help work on their new console title.

The Studio were formed by a range of key figures in the games industry, and over the years have built an experienced Award Winning Development team who are known for developing quality titles. 

The studio have released some of the biggest games on console and PC platforms and have worked with some of the biggest studios in world on a range of projects. This role will focus on you working on an existing franchise, which is loved by a huge fan base. 

The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the current Audio Teams and help manage audio processes. You will be responsible for creating AAA standard content to be featured in-game, and also get involved with utilising the studios in house libraries, as well as helping create new audio material. 

Requirements 

• At least 4 years’ experience in the games industry
•  Worked on at least 1 AAA standard console title 
•  Knowledge of field and studio recording 
•  Knowledge of WWise 
•  Experience of leading teams 
•  Working experience of Unreal 4 Engine would be a bonus
