We're partnered with a British, independent, publisher of PC and Console games. They've shipped numerous, well known, titles across multiple platforms. Their success hasn't gone unnoticed, they won 'Publishing Star' Develop Award and 'Indie Game Publisher of the Year' very recently.

As part of their continued growth and development, they're looking for a Lead Game Analyst. Someone who has a full breadth of experience across analytics, live game management and data led game design. Currently, they have little to no analytics capability whatsoever. They want someone to come in and use their knowledge to bring in a new third party tools, educate the management team and game producers on game data and KPI's and then visualize the data on dashboards and so on. Ideally you'd have some game design understanding - with a view to you being able to to use the data to inform future game updates and development.

To be considered, ideally we'd like to see:

  • Strong game analytics background, mobile or console/PC experience is equally valuable
  • Exposure to things like Looker, Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools
  • Some SQL knowledge would be useful
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills
  • Knowledge of Python, R would be useful
  • Strong passion for games

This is a great role which would suit a Game Analyst wanting to take a step into management and take on more responsibility. The role needs someone who will bring their own ideas and methods - you'll be able to show the management team what 'good' looks like. This is a great chance to finally implement things as you'd have them.

The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and generous salary. The role is based full time in London.
