We have partnered with an exciting indie developer who are famed for topping charts worldwide with their debut PC/Console title and are now looking for a talented Lead Programmer to work either in-house or remotely, on creating brand new add-ons/features to the project and other titles in the works.
The studio come with a great reputation of creating fun and addictive games which appeal both to the mid-core and casual audiences. As the Lead Programmer you’ll be involved with the overall gameplay experience of the title, such as developing easy to use mechanics in a complex physics-driven title.
The team are looking for this person to be a core member of the team in developing new fun features to keep the user base consistent, you will also have a hand leading a team of 5 developers on existing and new projects in the pipeline and be responsible for their development as well as your own.

This is a 100% remote role with trips to the studios HQ when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in the games industry
- Released titles on PC or Console platforms
- Past experience of leading or mentoring/training teams
- Experience with either C++ or C# and Unity 3D
- Advanced English
- A bonus if you can speak fluent Spanish too!
