Job description

Keen to join an international company where you will work cross-functionally and will be interfacing with Japanese teams? You love video games and you have a proven experience of minimum 5 years in project management/production in our industry? Then let’s talk! 

Reporting to the Senior Producer, you manage a console and PC video games portfolio. You will be responsible for BANDAI NAMCO’s historical franchises and manga/anime titles.
You drive and follow up your projects from A to Z, to the pre-production until the post-launch stage, while ensuring that all stakeholders receive the information required for each project at the right time. 

Key areas of focus for this role include:

Liaise with internal teams (QA/Localisation/Certification/Printed Materials/Marketing/PR) and external partners to set up the detailed production planning
Follow up our projects in compliance with our tools and processes (responsible for quality, planning and budget spending) 
Make sure that the project scope and features are understood and achieved accordingly

Candidate Profile 

Experience, knowledge and qualifications:

Ideally you have a degree in Production/Project Management/Game design 
3-5+ years of experience as Video Games Producer at a video games publisher or studio
You have a comprehensive understanding of game development, from concept to submission and sustained development post launch
You are proficient with MS Office and MS Project
Fluent in English
Speaking Japanese is a plus.
