A Dundee based Mobile Games Studio are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to support and play a massive part of the Production team.

As the Marketing Executive you will be tasked with creating, analysing and monitoring advertising campaigns across the studios games portfolio. The studio have a great reputation for producing games which consistently break the ‘millions’ downloads statistic and will allow this Marketing Executive the opportunity to work on multiple games across the studio. 

They are looking for this individual to have high energy and passion for video games on all platforms and constantly come up with new and innovative ideas to keep their users engaged. This role will promote freedom in your work style and will allow you to be creative with design in an open-plan environment, where ideas are commonly contributed and everyone has an input on each project.

Your primary task will be to assist with the games development, you will hit the ground running in designing marketing campaigns, with the end goal of increasing their user base with new players while also retaining legacy users. You will be able to decipher data from campaigns, such as revenue performance and users gained per avenue and be able to present these findings to C-Level Managers. 

You will also build relationships with external advertising networks and media companies to identify opportunities for future growth and oversee such a key part of the business. 

Requirements

  • Experience of DFP, AdX and/or similar
  • Good understanding of Business KPI Metrics
  • Strong user of MS Excel
  • A good analytical approach and knowledge of social advertising channels
  • Degree in Maths, Computer Science, Economics or Business would be desired but not essential
