We're working with one of the fastest growing mobile game publishers in the world. They ship up to 7 games per year, and have a speciality of focusing on bringing Eastern games to the Western market. They have recently hired a senior Marketing Manager, and as such he is now growing his team.
He is looking for a CRM or Marketing Manager who has used automated but specific marketing campaigns in the past, someone who can work with huge amounts of super-specific target groups to market their upcoming games. You will be utilizing the advances in Artificial Intelligence to help make these campaigns as successful as possible.
The role will see you working directly with the current User Experience and User Acquisition teams as well as the rest of their growing marketing resource. The ideal person would:
- Come from a CRM or Automated Marketing Background
- Have worked with large data sets
- Not afraid of getting your hands dirty, and executing strategies as well as devising them
- Be up to date on all things e-commerce and technology when it comes to marketing
If you have video games experience, then that would be great - but if you are looking to move into games then this could be your lucky break. The publisher will consider any background as long as you have proven results and a capacity to learn and drive your own development.
Salary is negotiable dependent on background. The studio will help relocate you and your family if required to the stunning Karlsruhe.
