Amiqus have partnered with an exciting studio based in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire a talented Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
The studio is currently working on a range of products including a series of indie/anime titles and a brand-new console release, which brings together a vast collection of retro games. This position will offer you the chance to work with these titles, new releases and the opportunity to work with a Product which is new and exciting and has gained positive traction with the games press outlets.
As a member of the Marketing team, you will be working closely with the studios E-Commerce platform, helping plan current/future releases and maximising sales. Other responsibilities include talking to internal PR, Social Media and Product Teams to help get ‘the word out’ on these exciting new releases.
The position comes with a lot of influence in the studio as you’ll be directly interfacing with all sides of game development, from sales, retail, development and media, also having a huge say on the Marketing Strategy of the business and the budgets around this. You’ll work closely with aspects such as conversion rates and landing pages, all whilst creating and managing all the marketing campaigns.
This role is remote working initially (you must be UK based at present) with a view to work onsite in a split week pattern, when restrictions ease. There is a competitive salary on offer, including exclusive studio benefits, relocation assistance, pension, choice of laptop and a generous holiday allowance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Marketing E-Commerce Position
- Experience with the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit
- Games industry experience is a massive bonus
- Good experience of optimising budgets and maximising ROI
- Excellent customer facing and writing skills
- Highly approachable and a good ability to network
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a studio who are dominating the games market and can offer the successful candidate a position of influence in the business to manage an autonomous desk.
