A Malmo based AAA Games studio are currently looking to expand their development team, building on the recent success of their Console titles.

The studio are looking for a Multiplayer Programmer to collaborate with the Technical Director, to help develop the code for a new open world title. 

The game will be exciting and fast paced, so part of your role must ensure that the gameplay process is smooth and lag free, for both single and multiplayer campaigns of the game. You will also have a hand in developing the code for fair matchmaking features and player leaderboards.

This role will offer you the chance to work with people on a day-to-day basis who bring a collective portfolio of high-selling games. As a Developer in this team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and wear multiple hats in the business.

Requirements 

  • At least 4 years’ experience in the games industry 
  • Strong C++ experience 
  • Worked on 1 Console or PC title
  • Strong awareness of gameplay programming
  • Passion for multiplayer games
