Amiqus have partnered with an awesome indie developer, based in the midlands, in their search for an experienced Network Programmer to join their expanding team.

They’re quickly building on a fantastic reputation as a team premier engineers who provide programming support to AAA & AA studios and you could play an integral part in aiding the continued growth of this team. 

The studio have been set up by industry veterans and have a combined total of 100 years experience! They've identified a real niche in games development and are fast becoming THE go-to team for network programming support in the industry. 

We’re looking for real network code wizards, someone with professional experience working on at least one multiplayer title. You’ll need to be a self-starter as you’ll join a small team and you’ll need to have a good understanding of working with PC & current consoles. 

Full requirements:
Previous software development experience in games with a primary focus on network programming
Minimum of shipped multiplayer game to your name
Experience with Peer-to-peer and client/server multiplayer architectures
Solid Unity knowledge 
C++/C# programming skills

Desirable skills:
Experience in building highly scalable, highly available back-end services.
Knowledge of other network-based technologies.
Experience with traditional SQL-based and no-SQL databases.
Expertise in PC & current-gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One.
