Are you a Performance Marketing Expert? Do you want to be responsible for strategy, creation and optimisation of mobile campaigns for original new and existing IP?

We're partnered with a successful US based game developer who have recently opened a new studio here in the UK, this studio is focused purely on User Acquisition and Performance Marketing, so you can be assured you're going to be surrounded by some of the best people in this industry.  The Mobile User Acquisition team here commands an advertising budget of multi-millions of dollars per month and is responsible for growing the company’s player base across its portfolio of mobile games. The team is brand new, and have plans for growth, so this is not only a superb chance to join a new team, but a great career move.

Day to day, you can expect to be involved with:

  • User acquisition, funnel analysis, and channel optimization for all titles
  • Creating targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids, and budget allocation
  • Build reports and analytical models from an extensive data set to identify campaign optimization opportunities, make recommendations on testing, and maximize the campaign's ROI on ad spend
  • Solve complex problems with partial, incomplete, and/or dirty data

To be considered, we're looking for:

  • Recent relevant experience - ideally in a UA or performance marketing role within a video game developer
  • Advanced usage of Excel / Google Spreadsheets including data analysis and pivot tables
  • Strong experience with performance based marketing, utilizing video, display, social and DSP traffic and with demonstrated understanding of CPA, CPM, CPC, ARPI and LTV
  • Experience with 3rd party mobile app tracking solutions
  • A Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving

The studio is new and fresh in the UK, but well established and super-successful, they are continuing to work on their exsisting title and other games at various stages in development. If you secure this role, their latest game will be the one you work on, so great chance to take full control from day 1.

The studio is based in Bristol, some flexible working arrangements can be made, but they're looking for someone on site for at least 3 days per week. The role attracts a superb salary and strong benefits package.
