Opportunity for a Producer to join a project right from the start working on the sequel to a  title that has been widely regarded as one of the best adventure games ever written! 

Responsibilities - 

Experience at running Agile projects - set up and manage systems. Run team and Scrum meetings etc. and document and circulate outcomes

Experience of managing remote / outsourced teams - set up and manage systems (Jira). Internal team approx. 12 staff

Define the language and terms and ensure that they are enforced - alpha, beta etc. as well as what ‘finished’ means in terms of checking own work / approval from peers / manager etc. 

Manage elements like coding standards - even if it is other coders who report that standards have not been adhered to. 

Produce status reports as and when required in a timely manner. Agree and monitor project budgets and report to COO on budgeting variations.  

 

Additionally:

Prioritise and manage all other ongoing projects so that the workload does not impact on the lead project. 

Be prepared to take on additional workload as required, for example, graphics assets checks; update store pages; etc.
