We have partnered with an exciting games studio based in the South West, who require an experienced Producer to work on new and existing projects.

The studio have produced a range of games which have consistently been downloaded in the high millions and won several high profile International awards in the process. 

As the Producer you will work closely with the Senior members of the team to help define each process that goes into making their games. You’ll work across all members of the development team and help track project progress, checking for stoppers/bottlenecks and making sure processes run as smooth as possible. 

You will work hand in hand with the Co-Founders, Publishers and manage the production life cycle from briefing, estimation and implementation. You will act as the core member of the studio communication and be responsible for driving the quality and motivation for your team. 

This is an important role for the studio and will allow you to get involved with staff reviews and also future recruitment for the studio. 


  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Producer in the games industry 
  • Released at least 1 Console or PC title 
  • Strong experience of Agile processes 
  • Knowledge of Jira 
  • Experience of stakeholder management and the game development life cycle
