This vacancy has now expired.

Are you an experienced Producer who has helped deliver shipped games on time and to budget? Do you have experience on managing on-site and remote teams? Would you like to work in an exciting start-up?

We're partnered with an exciting VR based start up which focuses on developing Virtual Reality fitness classes and games, they are in the unique position of not only having early seed funding, but are already bringing revenue from their first title which has had over 20,000 purchases on Oculus and Steam platforms. The team are now looking to grow, and are looking to the video games industry for the right talent. Their current team is currently working remotely, however they also have a work space with 3-4 staff working from London. Their new hires will all be based from London. This company is offering a rare chance to become an early employee at a crucial stage of their growth - as such, you can expect to be rewarded with equity and a real steer over how this company operates and develops their titles. Now is a great time to join.

The role we're looking to fill is a Producer. This role is the hub of the development wheel, you'd report to the co-founders on how multiple product teams are progressing on their individual projects, whilst making sure the development teams have the resource and time to make the best experiences they can. They are looking for someone ideally who has experience of managing internal teams as well as external or remote based individuals.

To be considered we'd like to see:

  • You've produced games from start to finish
  • Ideally you've worked with internal and external teams
  • Working on PC and/or VR products would be a real benefit
  • Really open and mature communication style
  • Strong desire to work hard and get the best out of this start up opportunity

The role is based in London, they will offer strong competitive salaries and equity; as the company grows you can also expect access to the usual benefits such as pension, holidays etc.

This is a great role - I'd really encourage you to apply, otherwise, get in touch with me on: alan.dixon@amiqus.com or 01925 839737
