This vacancy has now expired.

We're working with Ireland's biggest Game Developer, based in Dublin, who are working on AAA mobile strategy games. They've launched two games, with the most recent game grossing over $100m in just 9 months. They have a team of 70 talented, friendly and driven people; with the launch of their most recent title and with a view to developing new games, they're looking to bring in top Production talent.

They have multiple roles open, they are Producer, Technical Producer and Live Producer. Those candidates with good live game experience, could be good for a Live Producer role, likewise someone with a technical or code heavy background could be great for the Technical Production role. Either way, if you have a production background and a passion for Mobile Games, there could be a role here for you.

All of the roles would see you taking ownership of a team and/or feature. Dependent on your skill set. You'd be responsible for managing resources, man-hours and expectations. A good communicator is vital in this role, someone who is happy to be the voice of the team when required, but also the voice of stakeholders if things aren't going well. It's a busy role which will keep you busy. They have one live game with huge resources behind it, and undoubtedly thoughts will soon turn towards new IP.

To be considered, we'd love to see:

  • Strong production background within the games industry
  • You've shipped multiple projects from start to finish
  • In-depth knowledge of GaaS and/or Free2Play games
  • Good understanding of different types of Production methodologies, their pitfalls and pluses
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to team work
  • Confident communicator
  • Passion for games

This role is based full-time on site in Dublin, Ireland. The studio has relocated over half of it's team - so they're well versed in making sure your move to the studio is as wrinkle free and seamless as possible. This includes financial and administrative support for you and your family. The salary on offer are hugely competitive and will afford you a superb standard of living in lovely Ireland. They also offer a full host of benefits including health and dental insurance, generous holidays and plenty of other perks.
