Amiqus have partnered with an exciting studio focused on the production of cutting-edge games development tech, as they search for a talented Project Manager / Producer to join their growing team. 

Based in the lively city of Dundee you’ll be part of capable team responsible for the management of multiple projects within the studio. You’ll be, working closely with the development team who are incredibly passionate about games development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software deliverables. You’ll have ownership of clear and concise development plans and communicate with your team to utilise their full potential. 

Other responsibilities: 
Develop strategies for continued monetization of products in collaboration with management and design
Assist the management team, supporting staff supervision and performance monitoring processes; supporting the monitoring of team members’ strengths and weaknesses
Develop and clearly communicate project goals and expectations to all departments

I’m looking to speak with passionate producers who are looking for their next challenge and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of games development. You’ll need to have:
Demonstrable experience as a Producer/Project Manager in either the games or software industry
Excellent project planning and management skills, including the ability to plan, review and report with project management software, such as Hansoft, MS Project, etc
Experience of Scrum and Agile management techniques
An ability to balance development solutions with time, cost and human factors; and to devote the necessary time to planning, directing and controlling team activities
F2P Production Experience is a nice to have
