Job Description

You are an avid video game player and want to use your knowledge from the industry to support the definition of BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment’s mid-term vision? Your impartiality, ability to step back and love for data will have an impact on our strategy. Sounds exciting? Then let’s chat together! 

You provide analysis, forecasts and consulting services on the video games market to your internal customers in France and internationally. Your recommendations support top management in building and updating our company’s mid-term and long-term strategy.
You will work alongside a variety of functions in an international environment: EMEA HQ Marketing, Production, Finance and Business development teams, top Management, EMEA subsidiaries, Japanese and American counterparts.

As Product & Forecast Analyst, your responsibilities include:

Forecasting and taking part in assessments on quality and sales potential of internal group products and third-party products
Staying abreast of international market trends in video games and reporting your analysis to internal teams and top management: pricing and release date recommendations, product life cycle predictions, qualitative and ad hoc studies, consumer behavior evolution, competitor activity, technological surveillance, etc. 
Creating and maintaining databases, finding new ways and methodologies to analyze big data

Candidate Profile

Educated to degree level (BA or Masters), you have a minimum of two years’ experience working ideally as a Market Researcher, Product Manager or Business Analyst in the video game industry. 

You have excellent knowledge of, and a strong interest in the international video game market. You are familiar with statistical tools and capable of synthesizing that data. You are proficient in English, both written and oral. Speaking French is a bonus.

You are autonomous and rigorously organised in your work. You have a reputation for great interpersonal skills and a client-oriented approach. You know how to convince people and bring them together around concepts/recommendations.
