We're helping a small, but successful studio to find a Product Manager to bring their experience and understanding of free to play mobile games to help create fun player experiences that will engage and drive investment in their games.

The role will see you working directly with the leads in the studio, you will use in-depth data analysis, competitive insight and player feedback to help inform product decisions to maximise attraction, retention and monetization. You will create project plans that address product priorities and predicted changes in player needs, setting clear targets that drive towards achieving business strategic objectives. The role will see you working closely with the senior leadership within the studio, who will also help you implement your changes. You will have a huge impact on the games.

It is a brand new role for this studio, so in terms of tools, methods and processes, you're fully able to implement the things you prefer and think are right. There is a lot of freedom here.

Day to day you will:

  • Create and manage the design of innovative product features to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization.
  • Analysis and use of qualitative and qualitative data to identify new design features to better the game, improve player experience and guide the dev team in developing successful monetization strategies.
  • Develop in-game events, managing the execution and scheduling of any in-game events to drive retention, engagement and revenue.
  • Support in the definition of the game’s strategy and business goals
  • Define and track product KPIs to ensure successful delivery and ongoing improvements, providing updates in KPIs to studio leadership.

To be considered for this role, we'd love to see:

  • Complete familiarity with the duties laid out above
  • Recent experience working in a similar role on a commercially successful game
  • Strong understanding of game design and game development process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally an interest in Football, although this isn't a necessity

This is a great role, in a fun and collaborative studio.  To find out more, Apply now or get in touch with Alan Dixon on alan.dixon@amiqus.com or 01925 839737
