Are you Product Manager? Can you manage games in Live-Operations environment, focusing on events, updates and new content to keep players playing and attract new ones?

We're working with a huge developer based in Zagreb, Croatia. They have been around for ten years, and have shipped nearly 30 titles, they have over 3.5 million daily users. They're a successful studio with numerous games. They concentrate on the more casual/accessible end of the market, but do enjoy great reviews and loyal fans. 

The studio is now looking for a talented Product Manager who will be involved in the following:

  • Manage live-games, focusing on player retention, monetisation and acquisition
  • Design and schedule events, ensuring they drive activity and attract new players
  • Work directly with the development team, digesting game analytics and implementing new changes if needed
  • Be the conduit between the development team and players, ensuring that the player feedback is felt and implemented where appropriate
  • Know and use A/B testing

This is a well rounded role in a successful but growing studio. They are based in historic Zagreb, which enjoys a bustling restaurant and bar scene as well as countless museums, galleries and theatres. The country also enjoys some of the best coastal scenery in the world.
